Well I wasn’t planning on getting another rabbit so soon but when I saw this littler girl needed a home, or she’d be put down I couldn’t say no when I had room. I haven’t named her yet but I think she is really young, and cute.

Oh she’s adorable!! Is she a lionhead? Looks like there is some in here if not total! Soo cute!! Congrats!
OMG SHE HAS ALFALFA HAIR!!
aww…she is cute. That is awesome that you were able to adopt another rabbit and save her life!
She is beautiful…. too beautiful to die like that. Glad she found a home with you.
I think she has some lionhead in her and gizmo really seems to like her he keeps coming up to her cage and sniffing her and they both seem very relaxed around each other. I think we are going to call her june bug
She is so sweet, I love her tufty hair!! She is so lucky that you rescued her. Sounds promising for the bonding process, good luck!
{{{Bunny Hugs}}}}} to you for saving such a beautiful little creature! I love the name June Bug! So cute and original.
Great name! She definately has some lionhead in her I think. This will help Gizmo alot after losing Dudley. Congratulations on your new girl!
So cute, and hooty that was a funny photo of the Alfalfa comparison!
aw Congrats! She’s gorgeous!
Love her hair!!! Great you rescued her!! Shes adorable!
What a lucky girl!!! Good for you for taking her in although the timing might not have been what you wanted it to be. Those are always the best! The surprises in life! June Bug is a very, very pretty girl! Can’t wait to hear more stories about her!
The local animal control picked her up, and we are thinking that she might have been running around a parking lot. You know how black your feet get when you walk barefoot on black top thats what her feet look like. I cleaned her up a bit and gave her some greens, by her reaction I don’t think she has ever had fresh greens. She is very sweet though, she fell alseep on my lap and was very happy snuggling with me. My family and I are still trying to find the perfect name for her, my younger brother thinks she looks like a cow and thinks moo would be a good name, my mom likes irish because it will be St. Patrick’s day soon. I”m falling in love with her sweet personality, I don’t know what her life has been like but I do know that from now on she will be spoiled.
You could name her Shamrock. She is very pretty.
I say compromise between St.Patrick’s and the cow and call her Shamoo
– Annette
LOL Annette, that’s a great name! I do like June Bug but Shamoo is adorable!
oh jeez, hooty’s Alfalfa comment made me laugh snot onto myself unexpectedly 😡
I wouldn’t be able to resist saving that cutie either! I love the name June Bug if you do it… there’s a really cute B-52s song that got stuck in my head from that name too ![]()
I was going to suggest moo bug
Gizmo has really taken alikeing to her. I put them in the kitchen together and he was grooming her, rubbing his chin on her head and they would lay next to each other. I had the gate open to her pen while i was cleaning it and ihe n ran in and stood in front of her to protect her from the evil vacum.
Aww that’s cute. That’s a good sign. Looks like you’ll (hopefully) have an easy time bonding! Good luck!
I am amazed at how nicely these two have been getting along. They have been in the same area for a couple of hours now and no aggression. They are running around my room so I can supervise and do homework, my room is gizmo’s area but he seems more then happy to share it with this pretty little girl. He has been doing all kinds of binkies, I think he is showing off. I cought them snuggling early, he is madly in love with her. She is getting more comfy being here and has started to explore and play. We finally decided on the name shamrock, because when we think of shamrock we think of the lucky and she is lucky to be here.
I think that’s a good name too.
Gizmo and shamrock had their first sleep over and did very good. They were doing very good together in the same pen during the day so I let them stay together at night and they just cuddled up together in the cat bed that I gave them. I didn’t hear a peep out of them all night. I have class from 12:30 – 2 today should I leave them together? They seem very happy together and have had no fights
