The vet visit went great his ears were very clean considering that he possibly has never had them cleaned and hes about 3 now I assume.  She did clean them because there was some crusties but no sign of infection.  He has gained a pound since I adopted him so I need to cut back on the apples, carrots and oats! No fat boy for me. His anal glands were spotless, the vets theory on this or at least for some bunnies she stated that they may be too overweight to clean their areas or eat their cecals so they can get crusted up in the anal glands. Not sure if a agree or not because im not sure how that anal discharge gets in there in the first place, the only thing I know is moreland is healthy, no butt juice in his glands and perfectly healthy.  She did give me kudos on how well I am taking care of him which flapped my cape a little.

I’m so glad that he got a clean bill of health and that your vet gave you kudos – you deserve that!
