Lately I’ve been a little bored so I decided to start doing training with my horse and bunnies. Dotty, my horse, wasn’t trained well so I am reteaching her to pivot and side pass. I’m almost done with those so soon I will start teaching her a trick just for fun. I also want to start training Cocoa to do some tricks because I know how smart they are. I need some easy tricks for both of them, any ideas?

I don’t know of any tricks, but you might find some ideas here:

I do stand and spin tricks with them. You can also get a cheap agility set from chewy to do with them. My buns love the agility set!

My bun does super fast circles, stretching all the way up (that might not count?), hopping backwards on his hind legs and a pose where he looks like a little penguin. I am working on turning while standing with him but we can usually only get to 180 degrees before he goes back down. Bunny House do you have any suggestions on how to get him to go all the way around?

Bbbunzo, I tried to do the stand and spin one but I don’t think that have the coordination to do it. You might have to have them actually walk in a circle instead of the usually spin where they spin in the same spot, I haven’t tried that way yet but let me know how it goes!

Oh man we have tried pretty hard to get him to stand and walk forward. A circle would be even cooler! He’s done it for a hop or two a few times but it’s more difficult than going backwards, I think. Although I did see a bunny do it really well on reddit, so it’s possible!

It might be pretty easy. I just take a treat and wave it around Allen in a circle and he starts spinning super fast to chase it. I didn’t even have to teach him this, he just started doing it on his own! Sometimes it even works without a treat! Good luck! Also, your bunnies are adorable!

Oh god, boo is an absolute disaster when it comes to tricks ? and I seem to find that I don’t have the patience for it either… she’ll mostly try to get the treat out of my hand by attacking it instead of actually following my hand

BunBun does the spin and she also reverse spins. She comes when I call which is super awesome. We want to get the agility set since boy she loves to hop around…but I wonder if we have enough room for it.

Thanks! They actually both come when I make a certain noise, I guess I did it when I fed them everyday without realizing it so now they both come running
