  Hi all, so I am away at work a lot and I know Toby gets bored and I hate to leave her in the cage all day, but I have to. What are fun toys that your buns like? It seems like she’s uninterested in most of the toys i get her. I got her a long tunnel and she doesn’t go in it. I got her a few chew toys and she doesn’t give them the time a day. So im stuck :/
  
  Usually when I am not home my mom or sister will play with her and feed her but I will be moving out in August which is the main reason I am going to get another bunny after Toby is spayed so she’s not lonely. In the mean time, I need toy ideas! I would love for her to be free ranged but she tries to get on my bed any chance she gets and then pees on it. EVERY. TIME. She really thinks its her litter box and i dont know how to stop it! It’s so bad that I feel like even spaying wont stop this. She pees on my bed at least 9 times a week. How can I transition to free roam in my new apartment?

  My buns like treat balls, I just put their pellets in there instead of a bowl. It occupies them for a while. They also like willow balls, they have no interest in chewing toys that are stick shaped! And hidey houses, my bun loves to run through them and all around them.
  You could block off your bed with NIC grids or an ex-pen. Or you could put a tarp, pee pads, or shower curtain on your bed.

  Just put a small handful of pellets in there and they’ll play with it for the hour or so it takes for them to get all of the pellets out.

  Thorbunny had a great solution to the bed peeing, obviously it won’t get 100% until she’s spayed, but you can rub something with her scent on the bed. a few other people have tried it and it worked really well. I’d also opt for the NIC grids or x-pen around the bed, if Toby isn’t a jumper. If she is make sure it’s at least 36 inches tall. I have a high jumper and even he can’t clear that xD
  
  my boys don’t play with toys either. The only thing they like to play with in their cages are timothy hay mats. They will dig at chew at it for ages. Also twig balls.
