        Hi there,

As the title suggests, I thought I’d throw a post up here to see if anyone had any cool toys or habitat ideas, that may not be something one could just Google.

My rabbits have plenty of toys and they go through them regularly, which is good. But I seem to always see adverts and videos for cool toys for cats and dogs, but hardly any for rabbits or smaller pets. It’s always just the usual wicker balls and so on.

So I wondered, what toy/items do you have for your rabbit and where did you get them? Be interested to see anything I’ve not come across before and if I can introduce it to my lot 🙂

I wish they made more rabbit toys 🙁 My rabbit loves toilet paper tubes stuffed in a tissue box with treats in it! You could also try baby stacking cups, key rings, and dog puzzle toys? Cat scratchers also work well! My rabbit also loves children’s ball pits, or you could make a dig box with paper (don’t use plastic) Easter grass!

Target had cool cat scratcher houses. I got mine a spaceship and boat, and they love it! They are quite big so check to make sure it fits if you get one.

Our bunnies love their “dais”: it’s a little platform in their hutch so they can look over the edges of the hutch.Thedesign is very simple: take a cardboard or wooden box, cover it with something soft and hang a cloth over it to give them cover from above.

I covered a cardboard box with a soft faux sheepskin, and it’s become prime real estate here. On this throne you’ll feel like bunny royalty: you can observe everything in the house, AND you’re still covered from above.

Here’s our little girl Molly on her dais, she was recovering from her spay here, so she was confined to her hutch.

My bunny loves toys that she can throw. I buy her plastic baby toys that she can’t chew. Maybe buy some hard plastic baby toys. If your bunny likes throwing, maybe try some bowls or cups?

This! Hard plastic baby keys and stacking cups are very popular.
