I know rabbits should have unlimited hay, but it seems like my bun is eating SO much! Is that ok, or should I limit some of his hay?

Eating tons of hay is what we all hope and wish for! It should make up the bulk of their diet and available 24/7. So nope, never limit hay. Tell your bun to keep up the good work! 🙂

I have almost always had rabbits that eat a ton of hay. It’s what you strive for. Joey eats around 3-5lbs every week. I have to actually keep a large box in her enclosure to keep up with how much hay she eats.
