Okay…. Since having Suki I haven’t really got into the routine of giving treats or rewards (i.e when she’s good) which I really want to start doing. I guess I figured I would wait until she had been spayed to begin this, as a lot of her habits have now changed.

Anyway, as the topic suggests, this may sound silly, but she’s not accepting the treats! I wasn’t really sure what would be best, so I bought some raisins, I know some people may not think they are ideal, but they are just a treat for reward purposes, and maybe clicker training if I look into that more.

So, is it maybe just something that she’s not used to? I’m sure if she were to try one she’d be instantly addicted. But are there any alternatives I can try? I mean it’s not a big deal as such, as I can eat them up But I was wondering what everyone else uses?

I’ll probably post this and she’ll eat one, so I would have lost the last 5 minutes of my  life. But never mind

It took Monkey and Moose awhile to get used to them too. Monkey was a cranky little thing and refused them for the first while… now they both come running when they hear the bag. Just keep offering them, and she’ll get the idea
