the mad dash ready set go

cotton bugs me n bugs me for his papaya tablets he gets them same time every nite. he tries to rush them along. he comes digs on me a lot. then gets tired goes sits on the rug looking at me like well….. then he comes to lie flopped out by me couch. just chilling while he waits. then he goes to try to stand and see the top of the table. he knows they are up there but can’t get there himself. when it is time I go shake the container he comes a looking I take 2 in my hand and am on all fours heading for his cage. he runs just as fast as he can to get to that food bowl the minute they drop in there. in his haste he knocked one down. I had to go get it and place it in his food bowl quite quickly as he is frantic looking for it. ahaaa. I sometimes feed them from my hand I taught him papaya means nite time and the door to his house is closed for the nite.

Oh they know when it is treat time …. I don’t give those to Luey … they are difficult to get here in Australia, but I know Lisa from Perth bought some for her bunnies.

Luey won’t eat raisons but likes the odd bit of apple … he just loves his brocolli and goes mad for that.  He is a pellet pig in the morning and will run around through his box in excitement for his bikkies (pellets).

i cant wait for BB to go uk shipping i want some papaya tablets hehe! its so cute how they know whats coming, when i get up at night now and go to the door to check its locked he shoots out into where his hutch is because he knows his dinner is coming! bless em

oh thats so cute!  lol.  pinky is terribly frantic to get her pellets first thing in the morning… it’s a trick to dump the scoop into her bowl without her head butting my hands & sending pellets flying everywhere.buns are so silly

One day I gave both Maryann and Dono a rasin treat. Maryann wolfed hers down but Dono simply dropped his to the ground. I was confused as I know he loves rasins. Well Maryann smelled another rasin and began scouring the floor. That’s when Dono casually leaned over, picked it up and began to eat it, leaving Maryann searching frantically for the elusive treat.

Little brat. They are TOO human sometimes.
