Hey all, fresh from the discovery that my baby boy is actually a baby girl the vet had a more troubling bit of news.

It turns out that little Jimmys’ teeth are not growing straight. HELP!!!!???

What can we do, are there dentists? Can different food help it? Is it something we’ve done???? God I hope not?

The vet said that is wasn’t terrible, and just to make sure that she (still feels weird saying that) eats everyday (no problems there the fat little bugger ). But do you guys know of anything else we can do???

Sorry to take up so much space and time with her, but she rules and we want to keep the little princess happy

It’s nothing you’ve done-very likely genetic, especially with a young bunny.

I’ve never had a bunny with spurs or malocculusion; However my advice, if you have these questions after seeing a vet-get a second (or third or fourth) opinion. You must be talking about the front teeth? If it’s chronic they can be removed and the bunny can be fine afterwards-just needed veggies and hay chopped up. I’m sure many on here will have advice as well

Oh wow! I think I remember you joking about if Jimmy turned out to be a girl – and here you are! Sorry to hear about the teeth. It just means regular trips to the vet for a tooth trim or and K&K said, they can be removed. Having things to chew on and plenty of hay is important to help keep the teeth from over growth.
