Even though my kids are 16 and 18, we still like to give a chocolate egg or two and a few other gifts to each other on Easter.

This year, my daughter (who is a Guiness Record Book level shopper) bought me a colorful basket with five different little plush bunnies in it, some chocolate and jelly eggs, and in the very bottom of it, she placed one of those new handheld ‘Virtual Bunny’ games for me.

Now it looks kind of childish, but it is serious fun! ^^ The bunnies are SO cute and you can teach them to talk and play ball with them and mini games…nothing like a real bunny, but adorable nonetheless.

The only thing I think is kind of silly is that they seem to think corn is appropriate bunny food. Other than that it is very straight forward.

I especially like the game where you have to find the ‘easter eggs’. (That’s an inside joke for us gamers.)

It just really made my day yesterday. Besides knowing that we’ve given two very adorable bunnies good homes this year, and that they don’t ever have to worry about becoming ‘old hat’ and unwanted with us. It was a most gratifying holiday.

        Just had to share.
