the girls came right home to tile floors.. at first they had a rug in the bathroom and that was it (before nic cage) they had to learn to walk on the tiles lol.. we have carpet in the bedrooms but thats it, the rest of the house is tile. It did take them a couple weeks before they started doing binkies and just recently Rain has been running around like that. Both girls really kick their heals up and run fast but it often results in them sliding into the walls and furniture. Im sure alot of it has to do with their young age and desire to really run and play. Rain gets great traction on the couch and im sure thats why she spends so much time running from the sofa to the recliner. So… its really unfair for me to judge if they had a hard time learning to walk/run on the tile because they didnt have much of a choice in the matter haha. Im sure to keep their little nails trimmed though, from what ive read that helps them some with walking on the tile. Shiloh runs and plays like Rain too but certainly not to the extent Rain does, maybe shes just crazy lol. In the video you can clearly see her slide across the floor and into the coffee table… that happens alot

Temp is a comfortable 72-75 full time, because of living in S. Fl where the temp outside is 90+ its just too hot to let temps in the house fluxuate.. they do seem to enjoy laying on the tiles though. I put a blanket on the top level of their NIC cage and carpets on the middle level.. tile on the floor They seem to enjoy their little bit of bunny paradise. I might get a carpet for the floor because the girls tend to slip a little bit when they are jumping down from the middle level.. it makes me a bit nervous.
