Kratos has become really grouchy with the boyfriend suddenly.  he growled at him when Mark tried to get him out like he does every night.  He was being a bully till I got hom and the he was ok except he had become pretty clingy to me.  He is breathing heavy today as well.  We have the AC set at 70 like we have all summer.  He started stomping his foot after we had been down stairs for awhile.  His tummy feels kind of hard and puffy.  he has always had a chubby tummy but it seems bigger.  what can I do to help him?  am I just being paranoid?

Does his tummy feel -hard- or ‘doughy’?

How old is he? Is he neutered?

Sometimes when our bunnies are not feeling well they will become grumpy (just like us humans too).

I’d suggest you take him to the vet for a check up .. has bunny had a visit lately?  Best be safe than sorry.

Is he eating and pooping? Do you have a good idea of what his tummy feels like normally-and it feels different for sure?

I’d suggest the vets. Really a vet exam is no big cost, but if something happens, that’s a very high emotional cost. Usually when we feel something is up-we’re right. Go with your gut and take him in tomorrow first thing=or tonight if it worsens!
