my bunny who’s a year old now has started jumping on my table again, she jumps up on the table by herself from the floor and its always a pain when i wake up to my table being covered with pee n poos. I have tried covering the table to stacking the table edge with books and pillows to prevent her jumping up but she still manages to mario jump up on my table, is there a way to stop her from peeing and jumping on my table? Plus for an extra information i have realized that she starts this behaviour whenever i start studying or working on my table thats why i stopped doing my work in my room but few months ago i had a project going on which means i had to work on my table and from there she started behaving like this again and i really want to know how to prevent it than waiting for her to stop by herself.

You need to block off your table or the entire area if it’s so easily within her jumping reach unfortunately. You could try re-directing her want for that elevation by creating a more enticing (and safe) structure for her to be on nearby with some cardboard boxes or something too.

yeah, ive tried blocking it off but for some reason she still manages to get on my table 😂 and we do have a cardboard box for her as her castle and hidey house but she uses that as a stepping stool to jump up once so i had to place it further away from the table.

Chances are that he’ll forget about the table after a while if you block it off properly. Rabbits have a strong tendency to become obsessed with certain places, and at first when you block one of those “hotspots” off, they will try and try again to access it. When it proves not possible, chances are they’ll just forget about the whole thing and when you unblock after a few weeks, they just might not even notice. I’ve seen this happen with several rabbits.

Make sure you never leave anything yummy on the table after you’ve had it blocked off. An apple or candy or similar will make the table irresistible once again, and then you’ll have to start all over 🙄

haha maybe thats also one of the main thing too, i’ll drink coffee in my room and also sometimes, accidentally leaving pellets on the table. So she might think its also place to get hidden treats. But i’ll try your advice on that but i am not too sure if it’ll work as shes one stubborn and curious bunny who has to get everything 🤣
