        been reading and reading posts about stasis, kinda silly question here but is it common in rabbits?

          Bunnies are very sensitive, they can get stasis just by looking at something funny, I swear.

            Yeah it’s not ‘common’ but I think if you own a bunny, pretty well expect to go through at least one scare if not an episode. Certain rabbits seem more prone but that could be environmental or diet factors that we aren’t aware of. Often you don’t know why they went into stasis. The earlier you catch it and treat the better the outcome. Not to scare you of course-but watch them ensure they are eating, and any stretch of time where they don’t eat (12 H) or if they turn down their fav foods-it’s time to start at the vet
