Hi all! I decided I would start a bunny treat business that specializes in making stuff like making bun birthday cakes, etc. I would really love to make this business customizable. For example if your bun is allergic or has a restriction against something, I could take that ingredient out of the treat and add your buns favorite fruits and vegetables while keeping all the ingredients organic. I was just wondering what i need to start it i.e what licenses i need and the steps to getting this approved to sell. Any suggestions are welcome. Thank you!

Love the entrepreneurship! I know that most buns love nanners, but my bun is actually allergic to them. he loves hay, strawberry, and sometimes if he’s in a good mood, lettuce. Perhaps you can ask varying vets what is yummy and healthy for buns. I’ve no idea what forms you would need though. But tell me the name of your future business and I’ll be your first customer!

This is an excellent idea! Make sure you use natural ingredients with no pesticides. I would rather pay more for a natural product than less for a product that could
potentially hurt my bun. As far as licenses I’m not sure about the legal stuff. Do you have a name picked out for your business? Great idea.

              Hi Guys

I just wanted to make mention of our forum rules as a couple of you have asked about the name.

While it is fine to brainstorm ideas, recipes, seek advice about the business etc mentioning the name of the business would be against forum rules.

However, you can exchange any info via private messages.

@MarsTheBunBun, I realise you’re in the preliminary stages here and may not have branded anything as yet.

I’m really liking your idea of customisable treats.
It would be sweet for owners to order a birthday “cake” !

I’m afraid I don’t know much about licenses and regulations. Hopefully others can advise on that.

I occasionally buy some treats made by a bun owner here in Australia. The buns love them!
