Small brown spots in one of his ears. Like tiny scabs. Any idea? He’s 19 weeks old.
        Thanks

I’m not familiar with ear mites, but generally anything that persists or gets worse around the ear area should be examined by a vet. Looking online, I do see that brown spots is a common sign of ear mites though.

That definitely sounds like ear mites. Get rid of them as soon as possible. Putting olive oil inside the rabbit’s ears, every day for about a month, drowns the mites. Even if its only one ear, treat the other just in case. If you have any other rabbits, treat them too and have the one with mites quarantined until the mites are gone. You will also need to deep clean his living space after the treatment. Mites are not immediately life threatening, but greatly weaken the rabbit’s immune system if they are let to linger too long.
