So this morning when I fed bunnies, Spencer didnt get all excited like he usually does. I can’t seem to get him to want to eat any pellets. He happily takes a bit of dried papaya, but no pellets. He’s usually pretty excited about them in the morning. He acts ok, he came out of the pen this morning and foot flicked all the way to hide in the bunny fort under the table like he does most mornings. He sniffs my hands for papaya just like he always does if I reach in to pet him. He doesn’t act like he’s in pain. He moves around normally, he attacks Kate’s eyeballs for cleaning with equal overzealousness, he isn’t hunched and tooth grinding. He just doesn’t seem to care about pellets. I started packing last night, so it could just be a little stress about it, but then I’d think he would have acted this way about dinner last night after I finished packing for the day. But he ate dinner happily and chowed down on the hay I gave them at bed time. Thoughts and suggestions? Am I over reacting or am I right to be worried? When should I get seriously worried?
