my bunny, who is about 2 years old, has within the last few months become un-litter trained. she is spayed as i got her from the humane society when she was about a year old and i’ve had her the last year. she used to have no accidents outside her cage but now she never goes to the bathroom in her litter box! she will go anywhere around my room and she’ll go NEXT to the litter box inside her cage when she’s in there! i’ve tried to move her when she’s going to the bathroom, i’ve tried leaving a little bit when i clean, and i’ve tried moving her droppings from outside into her litter box and nothing.. she’ll pee and poop anywhere! on my dresser, on my bed, on my clothes, literally anywhere! please help! i’m not sure what else i can do… it’s driving me crazy!!

Pretty sure that sometimes when rabbits lose their litter habits, it could mean something’s wrong in their liver. Might be worth taking a trip to the vet

That was going to be my next plan.. She seems perfectly normal otherwise so I really thought she was being stubborn. I’ll try to set something up with her vet!
