I can’t remember with my Flip-flop, but in the experience of others on this list, did your bunny lose her litterbox habits after spaying for a few days when she’s recovering?  I guess Flip-flop had a very uneventful recovery because I don’t remember having any problems at all.

My 2 girls didn’t. They spent most of their time int eh litter boxes, lounging on the soft hay

My girl didn’t – she was so sore she wouldn’t get up for food or water and I had to bring both to her face, but she still got up to use her litter box. She spent all her time laying on the A/C vent otherwise and I had to hand feed her for the first day and a half or she wouldn’t eat.

No, my bunny maintained her good habits. She did very well after her spay, and recovered quickly.
