Hi, I know this has been asked before but I was wondering if anyone could help.

Binky loves to push and pull thins…as in he loves to pul down his NIC cubes (Even though his door is open)

He loves to push and pull around his big fiddlesticks. But now he is bored of those.

Does anybody have any ideas of Big, strong things I can put down for binky to push and pull and destroy.. I have tried cardboard boxes and mazes, he is not a fan..he just hops in goes..oh no treat, then leaves to go sunbathe… (he is quite lazy)

I have also tried phonebooks, wooden blocks….

Any help/ideas would be much appreciated

LOL! I am going through this too! Have you tried baby rattles? Or even little cat toy balls? For large things I just use cardboard box’s too! Lily just likes something new to play with, lol, like I take & hide a toy of his & give him something new to play with. After a few days bring back out the toy I hid! They do get lazy in the afternoon, but should get more active in the morning & night! Also could try hanging the rattles on the grids for him to pull on,

Your Binky sounds very much like my Baxter and Bella. They started doing the same things as yours. Now, they rearrange thier entire living spaces! I am always moving litter boxes back where they go and hidey huts.lol I clean thier space and arrange things and in a matter of 10 minutes they have remodeled thier space lol. I would just leave it but it seems they enjoy pushing and pulling. Baxter has a kitty condo that is made of wood and fabric. He loves to jump up onto it and push it around his pen. Bella has a tote that I cut two holes in and sanded (so there are no sharp edges). We use that as her diggy box. She loves to jump up onto it and push it around also. I don’t think our bunnies like toys! lol I had this issue too and someone suggested I cause problems for them to fix. I started to put thier treats and some pellets in paper sacks. Baxters favorite thing is frozen water bottles wrapped in a hand towel. He is busy for a while trying to unwrap it and when he gets it our he scoots it and tries to dig it. lol I watch him when he gets it unwrapped because I don’t want him to be soaking wet.

Oh, mine also like to toss and knock things over so I also give them plastic cups and the kids bowling set. I set the bowling set up on thier tiles since they won’t stand on carpet. They like to knock them over.

Thank you Nibbles, you have given me heaps of ideas, cool you are in New Zealand as well! Can I ask where you got the kitty condo from? I have a kitten as well so they can both play.
How did they find the paper sacks?
Thanks for your help your little bunny in the picture is the cutest thing I have ever seen!

Your welcome I am not in New Zealand. Baxter (my male rabbit) is a New Zealand rabbit. I live in the states in Indiana. I got my kitty condo from Walmart for $11. It probably wouldn’t fit your kitty and your bunny. It is just a hut thing. The paper sacks are lunch sacks. They are cheap and you can get them just about anywhere. I also meant to tell you that mine also like tubes. Baxter had postal tube until he tore it up lol. He gets neutered tomorrow so for his coming home presents (my daughters idea) we are going to buy him a new crackle kitty tube and a plastic slinky. That picture of my bunny is when I first got him. He is a big boy now.

have you ever tried this? it has treats in it. ( this is from BB toy test page.)

I am going to try baby keys today, and get him a kitty condo and some larger fiddle stick things. I dont think hay would work well for him, for his litter box I just filled it with hay (its the only thing he will use) so its not really a treat for him.

They are naturally destructive lol. Anything they can rearrange and tear up is good. Mine get bored easily. I going to have to put thier things in basket and switch them out once in a while.

I will not buy more bunny toys
