My 5 month old mini lop Luna was just hopping past my other bunny, and suddenly something sprayed out of him and hit my other rabbit (Smog) on the face!  Smog got really mad and thumped away to clean himself.  I thought it might have been pee because it was yellow, but it was a lot thicker and there wasn’t a large amount of it.  Did Luna ejaculate all over Smog?!    There was no humping or anything… weird.

Sounds like urine spraying. I have haven’t heard of bunnies spraying “other secretions”, but that might also be possible. Are both buns neutered?

Luna (the one who sprayed stuff all over Smog) is neutered – but Smog isn’t.

Are they bonded and do they live in the same habitat? Some rabbits will spray, although that’s usually lessened with neutering. Did anything change in their territory or their behavior?

Sounds like spraying to me. Wooly had a thick nasty stank too, but he doesn’t do that anymore.
