Poor Tucker..she must have woken up on the wrong side of the litter box this morning..she’s just been a grumpy butt all day long.  And Drue..in true man fashion has been a pistol right back to her.  No fighting but when she growls at him he starts chasing her..which just makes her growl more.  *sigh*   I was contemplating separating them because I didn’t want a fight to start but every time I’d go in and start to try to gather her up to put her in the top part and close it up she’d run from me and go cuddle with Drue and he’d hunch over her like he does whenever she’s scared (cleaning cage and she’s upset, going in the carrier, etc) so I figured that they were actually doing ok together.  And when he chases her it’s only a few times around the pen (they kind of circle around their chew basket) and then he stops and she stops and they’re fine..there’s just not a whole lot of cuddling going on today (unless I’m there being the meany and Drue is the lesser of two evils) and Drue is surely not getting a groom from her today!

I asked my husband if he taught Drue to be an a** when Tucker is in a bad mood..he said “yes I did, he needs to know it’ll only get it over with quicker” LOL..I think me and Tucker need to sleep in my bedroom and Mike can go sleep with Drue in the bunny pen! :-P

Thumper is also in a mood today but he’s in a feisty mood..I was cleaning his bottom story of his cage and he kept doing the bob and weave to try to get past me to escape.  He’d like lunge at me hoping to scare me and then he’d dart the other way to try to make his move.  If only it had been Mike in there..Mike gets scared of lunging bunnies and will move his hand away..not me..I’m a pro with the battle scars all up and down my arms LOL

          LOL!

Well they must be having a bad hare day… Oooh so bad!

Actually, could Drue be a bit humpy with Tucker?  I noticed Rumball was intent a few times after bonding was long over. And Jersey was not having it.

I haven’t seen him be humpy with her, but I’m not sure..he hasn’t done it around me but he could be doing it at other times.

She seems to be better today and Drue isn’t chasing her today so I am not sure what exactly caused her issue the other day but she seems to have snapped out of it!

Glad to hear that the Grumpies have gone away… Must have been the position of the moon or something because I was grumpy too!

I think you’re right, Moo. It made my bosses grumpy – and that made me grumpy!
