  There’s been so much tension and stress here lately that I decided I needed to get out of the house and just breathe some fresh air for a while, so I went to the park across the street with the dog.

  Ohmigosh, what a gorgeous dog you have!! I bet he enjoys the snow.. he definitely has a good coat for it.

  Her name is Dakota, and she just loves being out in the snow. I, on the other hand, have had about enough of it. I’m ready to start planning my garden and it’s so hard to right now!!

  Paradise: No problem! Most people seem to think she’s a he. They also seem to think she’s a puppy for some reason (she’s 5).
  
  She’s a shelter dog, so we don’t know exactly what she is. We’re fairly sure though that she’s a husky/samoyed cross. She’s shaggier than a husky, but her tail flips up like a samoyed so we pretty positive that’s what she is.
