Many rabbits enjoy laying on or near AC vents. I think it’s unlikely to cause anything respiratory.

In terms of attempting to treat your rabbit at home, that is not recommended. Self-diagnosing and treating at home can potentially worsen the condition and limit what a medical professional can do to help when you actually see one. If your rabbit has an upper respiratory infection, you need a vet to prescribe a proper antibiotics — that is not something you can get at home. Please note it is generally always cheaper to start treating infections sooner, rather than later.
