Charlie sneezed today (not unusual) but snot came out this time. He’s bright, happy, eating and pooing but I called the vet anyway and they said he has to come in tomorrow morning ASAP because buuny snot is serious. Does anyone know anything? Should I keep an eye out for anything apart from normal eating and pooing, and whether he’s relaxed or hunched?

He’s never been properly sick before and I’m really worried!

there is a chance that antibiotics could probably clear up. and you have to get those from the vet. have you seen any more snot, or any discharge from the nose/eyes?

That was the only bit of snot, and the only set of sneezing. This morning the vet said it was probably a foreign body (hmm) up his nose that he sneezed out. The hay we have currently has alot of hay dust in it so I think that might be the cause of the sneezes.

If it is the hay, try shaking it out a bit outside before giving it to him. Has there been anymore discharge from the nose?
