What types of toys have you tried?
My buns are not big on toys. They tend to only like toys that involve some sort of food reward.
I make treat bags with paper bags and fill them with hay, bits of dried fruit, herbs, etc and twist up the top. I poke little holes in the paper bag so they can smell the treats inside. They also enjoy apple twigs, not really a toy but keeps them busy. A great toy, especially for clever bunnies, is a cat treat ball. You can fill it with pellets or bits of dried fruit and they have to figure out how to roll it so the treats come out. My girl, Olivia loves this. As soon as she hears me click the cover on she gets excited. I bought mine at a dollarstore but you can get them at Walmart or most pet stores for a few bucks.

I have mainly tried a few commercially sold rabbit toys, he seems to enjoy the ones that are made of willow but he destroys them within minutes and they’re quite pricey I have found..and to buy them just to have him destroy them..really bothers me. I’m a penny pincher what can I say?
I started out just using toilet paper tubes but I found if I cut them into strips on each side that he really likes them like that. But only for a little bit. I’ve tried boxes of all sorts and he just kinda looks at them. Wooden blocks just get tossed into his water bowl, go figure. Plastic baby toys, the hard plastic kind like plastic keys, get tossed at me when hes upset with something I’ve done! I’m sure I’ve tried more..I just honestly can’t think of everything I’ve tried with him..it doesn’t help that I’m not very creative!I will have to try a treat ball. Clyde doesn’t like fruit..for whatever reason..he just won’t eat it. So I’ll probably put a few pellets in it. That might keep him entertained! Thanks so much!

I bought Dutchess a cat scratching post to help with her digging, she has a small cat tunnel, a cat cube (go figure, maybe I should get a cat! ) and I rotate her plastic baby toys. She really likes to push balls around, I have some big and small jingly balls, and a plastic orange ball. She gets really interested when things are rotated or changed, so I usually move a piece of furniture or her toys, I even play with her toys and she gets upset since they’re -hers-, not mine, lol. I think that’s why she likes balls, when she pushes it and it rolls, it’s now in a new spot. Blankets, drape one over your bunny and they can have lots of fun hiding and going in and out and messing around with it.
If there is something you find your bunny likes that you do not let him play with, try to find a toy alternative to that or something similar in texture that is okay to give him. Dutchess is also in rabbit agility and I do some clicker training with her, she is also very smart and will only do a trick 2/3 times before she refuses, like “seriously mum, I already did that. Give me treats or face the disapproving stare.”

What kind of cat scratching post did you get? Clyde really loves to dig so that would probably be a good idea! I have thought about giving Clyde his own square of carpet, but I think that will only make him think its right to chew my carpet!
I will also try a ball, he hasn’t had anything like that before so I will look into getting him one! -
This is very close to what I have for Dutchess. Hers has a round base on top with some dangly toys though. Dutchess is really good about just digging on the post now, but in the beginning you could lay down a large piece of cardboard under it so he gets the idea. Whenever she wanted to dig I moved her over to the post and dug on it with own nails . . . didn’t take her long to figure it out! Get a post that is different in texture/color than your carpet, it may help your bun distinguish okay and not okay to dig. Dutchess LOVES her balls, I roll them to her and she bonks them back
