I have a question, Should I be concerned if my Izzy who is 6 months and nuetered is sleeping more and eating less? It seems to me his is molting.  But when he molts he loses a bit a fur, around his ears mostly.  But the biggest sign is his fur becomes thicker and so much softer.  Like a big flannel fuzzy blanket! .  He seems to be sleeping much more, when he is awake is active and running around.  But he is just not the same active bunny as usual.  His poos are all fine and he is peeing fine.  I change his litter pan daily, but he just seems to be hibernating.  Do bunnies do that?

        Any information is appreciated.

It is possible that the decline in certain hormones after his neuter has calmed him down to be that way. If he is active and pottying and eating acceptably, I would say it’s just his new neutered personality. Possibly a heavy molt draws energy out of him too, but it is just a guess. Bunnies do not hibernate though. Watch him to be sure he’s OK.

Sevearl things can cause changes-growing up, being fixed, molting and shorter days…
The only bad thing I could think is cushings-which in horses at least causes a perpetual ‘winter coat’ and sluggishness. So that’s my only concern…there are lots of reasons to acount for the changes but the total change in coat…well I’d keep an eye and maybe see a vet for an exam just in case. It’s hard to tell what your describing by coat change so you’d know best.
