OK so looking online and such I have heard people using toilet paper tubes as toys and stuff.. I was wondering is there a difference between the white ones and the brown one? Like I almost feel safer giving my bunny the brown one as “more natural” but does it really make a difference? like are the white ones bleached or anything?

Just asking because these are things I didnt think abut until now.

I’ve actually never seen a white toilet paper tube @@

I think the brown one is definitely more “natural” – any paper material that is pure white has most likely been bleached.

That said, I don’t think it’s extremely dangerous or anything to give the white one – it’s just that lots of bunnies love chewing or even ingesting things like toilet paper tubes or cardboard, which is why as a precaution people normally give the plain brown ones just to minimise the risk of their bunnies getting sick from ingesting agents they shouldn’t.

I’ve never seen white ones either! In all the bunny toy tutorials I’ve seen, I’ve only ever seen them use brown ones. I don’t know whether that signifies anything though.

Lol this is why I’ve been so confused. We have 100 white ones and like 2 brown ones. It’s so odd
