  So all day Thumper didn’t eat anything (no pellets, hay OR banana) but at about 5:30 PM (it’s almost 7 PM for me) he started eating again. My mom thinks he was full because yesterday he had some apple and banana but I don’t think that’s how rabbits work; So my question is do you think my mom was right? Or do you think it might have been from something else?

  Rabbits GI system work pretty fast, so it’s unlikely “being full” carries over a whole day. More likely Thumper had a little gas discomfort which resolved itself over time.

  Apple and banana are high in sugar, which can cause tummy upsets in buns if you give too much or they have a sensitive tummy. So it could have been gas discomfort related to the fruit.
  
  You are right in that bunnies aren’t full for that long, and they especially wouldn’t be full from something high in sugar and easily digestible like fruit.
