Well many times rabbits will growl at you if you are in their space – they are very territorial. It is a good possibility if she likes to sit in her litter box that she is wet from that so I would clean it often and monitor her for a few days.

          How is her appetite?

What sort of noise? If it’s a growl, like Sarita said, they will do that to be territorial (growl can sound like a growl or grunt)-but a scream (it’s open mouthed and sort of squawky noise) it no good. I’d defintiely call the vet and monitor-pooping, eating, grooming etc.

I think it would help her feel better faster if you change her litter much more frequently than usual. That way the infection will clear up without anything new to inflame it. She also will be more comfortable peeing more frequently. Definitely spot clean it daily.

                  Antibiotics make me grumpy too.

maybe it’s making her have a tummyache?

Did you give her a full bath or just wash the soiled area? Do ensure she is thoroughly dry. Use a hairdryer on cool setting but try not to stress her out too much – especially if she’s not well.  You can give dry baths by rubbing pure cornstarch onto the soiled area then brushing it out.
