Second Bunny…

So I may have did a thing…

I put in an application to adopt a baby bun that Joey has taken up with when she goes with me to the rescue.

It’s not 100% yet since someone else has also put in an application. But had to throw my hat in the ring since it is rare that Joey really really likes another rabbit. And since life is straightening out for me I’d love to give another bun bun a home. He’s a little Netherland Dwarf boy. They think he is purebred but not certain as he and his 8 littermates were in a box outside the rescue doors a couple of months ago. He loves riding around in my shirt or in a little carrying pouch that I use for my hedgehog. He also loves to sleep on top of Joey and bite her ears and take off running.

His name is Tater Tot and I find it hilarious.

Fingers crossed I get him! I find out in a few weeks if I am approved.

Good luck! He sounds darling! My mother and I actually put in an application at a shelter for some speed dates after a bunch of female rabbits there recover from their spays!

That was fast! The other person interested adopted one of his littermate so Mr. Tater Tot is mine!!!!! I pick him up on August 15th!!!

@DanaNM He’s smaller than he looks. He fits in my hand and to the end of my wrist. I’ve never had such a tiny bun!

ahh, buying bunny toys is the best thing, I don’t know who enjoys it more, me, or the bunnies. Opening bunny things I very well know I purchased makes me so excited. Louie doesn’t even play with the toys I buy, but its worth it because of how much I enjoy it. And hey, its an excuse to buy more stuff that (appears) to be not for me. 😀

@Louiethebunny My entire spending budget is almost exclusively for my pets. Most of my friends and family roll my eyes because I get so excited at new pet stuff. Lol.
