so we noticed that Bella’s fav. toy is an aluminum can…. I DO NOT let her play with them!!!! my daughter rolled one across the floor the other day and Bella went nuts over it! I assume she likes the noise it makes. Is their anSAFE toys that make lots of noise we tried the homemade toys like the phoebook, cardbord boxes, stuffed toilet paper rolls but she doesnt seem interested in them. If i could find out about toys to buy or make that are loud please let me know! She has a Bell on a rope in her cage and like it.

In one of the rabbit magazines I read I saw that it said that cans are ok for bunnies to play with just so long as there are no sharp edges so ya I would think if it was in a rabbit magazine it would be ok. c=

i guess as long as i watch her and she doesnt chew on it she should be ok… Its so cute she love kicking them and pushing them around with her nose. I just worried that it might have hurt her.

I put pennies in a plastic bottle. Obviously watch them with it just in case it opens somehow (My dogs play with plastic bottles, so they may try to rip it open) and they decide that plastic is a treat. Nava is my bunny who likes to push noisy things around so I’m waiting till she finds interest in it. She’s an older lady so newer toys are foreign to her for the first few weeks of having it (before I rescued her she didn’t have ANY toys at all).

its funny because Bella is so courious about everything but once she finds out its doesnt make noise she dosent mess with it again. I will have to try the pennies in a bottle. She likes when I let her drag her bell around then we always hear her comming. She is a very smart girl who knows what she likes.

you should also try finding a ball that you can fit stuff inside to make it noisy, or there is the cat ball with the bell inside.

Your rabbit might like a cat crinkle tunnel. I got mine one and the first few days all he did was run through it at all hours, even jumping on top of it to make it crinkle even more, lol.

oh thats so cute. I tried a cat toy mouse with a bell on it and pennies in a bottle and she loved them both!
