Its nothing fancy like alot of yours out there and we cant let our buns run the house like alot of you folks can but its alot more room than what she had been use to living in, considering she use to live in a 24×24 all wire cage with no toys or anything let alone no attention all day and night. Her cage is now a penthouse to her LOL!!  Hubby built this outa scrap wood we had laying around and what wire mesh we had as well there is a wood platform where her litter box is as well so she can get off the wire for awhile. Its 4 1/2ft long x 2 1/2ft wide so it can fit in my office where she gets lots time with us and me being in here plus shes always outa the cage while im in here or she goes out to the livingroom with me to watch TV. We also have a outdoor fenced in pen for nice days outside but i have to sit in a chair out there so she cant dig out nor the eagles or hawks dont swoop down and snatch her up.  She has plenty of toys and just loves playing with them. She uses her litter box and have had no issues since i took the pad out she tried using it as her potty spot so out it went. and we put more toys in. Now as for our newest rescue “Cookie” shes getting a much larger cage as well till hubby builds her a custom cage to and will be in my office to.  The only bun that will be outside will be the Conti she has a massive custom built cage out there as they do better in cooler temps.

Since shes a dwarf and shes so tiny it gives her enough room she can zoom around in it and at night she gets the zoomies i guess its what you all call the binky’s. Once she learned where the water bottle was we took the water dish out.

        Rosie’s penthouse. LOL!!

          She is just so tiny!

Im not surprised about her peeing on the bed/pad. Buns have that tendency to pee on soft things.
Have you tried putting solid flooring right across on top of the wire to see if she’ll use the box exclusively?

She is fully litter box trained she learned right away where to do her bizz, she has one corner in the box where she goes pee and poos in another while eating her pellets, i keep her hay in there as well no accidents since the pad was taken out.

Yup Azerane, shes a tiny one shes 2 lbs now and almost fully grown she wont get any bigger. Her cage is like a big play room to her she gets the zoomies and runs like crazy in there she loves hitting the hanging toy with the bell as she zooms past it pops in her litter box then zooms back out and around and around she goes then stops right after she hits that bell its funny she knows im laughing at her as afterwards she comes over to the corner of the cage where im sitting in my chair at the comp and wants me to pet her head between her ears as if to say You silly girl you make mom laugh so much…..
