Long story short. I know someone whom was thinking of volunteering at a rescue. The nearest one to us (we live in the same area.) is in a mall. We both (plus my mom) think it’s weird for a rescue to operate from a mall. But all rescues start somewhere right? What are all of your thoughts on it? Should she check it out?

Malls probably have lots of empty spaces these days, so I don’t think it’s weird at all. It actually sounds like a great idea because the rescue would have lots of visibility.

No harm in checking it out!

Haha! Yeah, they were probably able to get cheap rent because the mall was trying to fill empty space. I wouldn’t take that as a red flag, necessarily. More important is their operation and how they care for the bunnies.
