Yeah me and Cotton again. I think he may think I am his mate or something. Oh he was after me when I went to pet him. He saw me pet the big guy. I changed my shirt washed hands with soap still attack rabbit. So I put him in his house twice. Yes he drew blood and got my face too. Another Face Off Ouch.

Today he is sooo much better. I have been drowning him with love and attention. I took him to the dock today. He purred his little bunny purr.

Gosh I was so worried about him. I am so glad he is better. OH he still spats when he is able to get to the new one. We keep up barricades and only let the new one out when we are home. To prevent an accident.

Also I made a friend with the girl whom I got the 2 girls from. She had the same problem with one of her buns. She got bit too. Had to do the wash hand and change shirt routine too. Eventually her bun got better. So this has made me feel better to know this is somewhat common behavior with really attached buns.

And I am happy things simmered down today. I was in tears yesterday about it.

The new bun he reminds me of Clifford the Big Dog. Anyone remember that children’s story book. They could ride on the dog. I almost called Honey Bun Cliff a couple of times today. Hehee. I would love to hold him while I watch tv. I have to go in my bedroom and read and hold him or just talk to him. Yeah Cotton has us under his spell. We are certainly Bunny Slaves to Cotton’s demands ahahaa.

Now be a good slave and don’t let Cotton see you with another bun.

Yeah true new name for me bunnyopolis at this rate gosh.

Uh-oh – a jealous bunny! I had a friend who also had a jealous bunny and she called her the “great white shark” because if my friend ever went into the pen smelling like another bunny, my friend would get bitten RIGHT away. It seems like Cotton gets even more jealous when he sees you spending time with the other bunnies. Could you somehow block his view when you spend time with the others so that he doesn’t see it?

He may just be getting extra jealous right now because there are so many new bunnies in the house. Once he gets used to the new smells it will probably help him calm down. My friend would had the jealous bunny only got attacked if she smelled like a bunny that her bunny did not recognize, so once Cotton is familiar with the new bunny’s scents, he will probably start calming down with the biting. In the meantime, try to keep your face away from him – I don’t want you to get hurt!!
