The platforms in my NIC condo isn’t secured to the grids. When the buns get “aggressive” with their jumping, there is a THUD from bun onto platform and platform onto the grid. Is there any way to minimize this (I live in a very small studio apt)?

Can you secure them to the grids or stabilize them with a thick dowel rod cut to size?

A bit of carpeting under the platform where it connects to the grids helps too but usually such a big jump is causing the whole cage to rattle so you’d need to go around and tuck in a small square of carpet wherever cube meets cube.
