        Hey guys,

A couple weeks ago, we were running out of litter for our Holland Lop bunny. I asked my parents to order some, and they forgot, so we were down to our last bin of litter today. (not even a full bin, just a little bit) I had to fill the rest of his bins, so I substituted shredded paper from our paper shredder as a temporary solution. I know this won’t work well at all, because printer paper isn’t that absorbent haha. Any other ideas for emergency litter replacements for until the litter comes in? (about a week, I think)  . household ingredients <g class="gr_ gr_900 gr-alert gr_gramm gr_inline_cards gr_run_anim Punctuation only-ins replaceWithoutSep" id="900" data-gr-id="900">please</g>!</p>

Newspaper? It’s not very absorbant but it’s cheap so you could use lots. Or you could try an old towel or blanket in his litter box and just wash it every other day?

Isn’t there any litter sold at the supermarket? Wood pellets for cats will do just fine. Just don’t get the grey cat litter that forms clumps. That’s very dangerous for bunnies as they can eat it and get clumps forming in their belly.
