My rabbit seemed to have broken her nail near the base. The nail is still semi-attached and is accompanied by dried blood. The nail seems to be tilted and pointing upward now. She is not limping, but when standing still, she will lift her paw (the one with the broken nail) off the ground. Is this something that will resolve on it’s own, like the nail falling off? Or do I need to go to a vet to get it removed and treated?

You could cut the broken part off and see if that helps. It cant re-attach so it should be gotten rid of. Styptic powder will help stop bleeding. But if the nail is really badly damaged above the quick a nail extraction (by a vet) might be necessary.

A hurt nail can grow out crooked. This is as a rule not something that bothers the rabbit and you cut it like you cut the other nails.
