Rabbit watery eyes

Hello sorry for the bad grammar. But does anyone know if rabbit eyes still keep being wet after being treated?  So basically 3 months ago I bought my rabbit to the vet because I notice his eyes were watery and white mucus was coming out of his eyes, so when I took him to the vet he had some scar inside his eyes and something like excessive tearing and I got antibiotics for his eyes and he was on them for almost 8 weeks. Then after those 8 weeks, I went back to the vet for a recheck to see if anything was heal. The doctor did say his eyes were healed and he was healthy which was great news, but his eyes are still getting wet and the white mucus was still coming out of his eyes and I’m not sure if that normal?

*he’s eating, drinking, and pooping normally, he also does binkies and zoomies sometimes. My rabbit is also free roam and he has his own room, I clean his room everyday. He sneezes sometimes but not often but the vet told me it was normal.*

Watery eye can have a number of causes, and unfortunately paying for assessments is probably needed to find the real cause. There are also rabbits who have conditions where they will always have runny eyes, so you will need to make sure to gently wipe them and manage it every day.
