rabbit tea?

This is kind of a weird question, but I was wondering if rabbits can drink tea? Herbal teas, of course, nothing like chai or black tea, but if I were to pick some of my mint plants, dry it, and make it into tea, would it be safe for my bunny to drink? Sometimes I worry he doesn’t get enough water, and this might encourage him to drink more.

Rabbit-safe herbs like chamomile or mint can be made into tea. The BB store also carries a “tummy tea” for bunnies.

I see tea as a treat or remedy, not necessarily an every day thing.

cool, ty. I’m thinking of giving him soothing tea, safe herbs of course, so when he gets a little stressed he feels a little safer.

Yes to mint and chamomile tea, can be used to encourage drinking when they are doing poorly.

You can also make hay tea when you have a sick bun, I’m pretty sure hay tea saved Bun Jovi’s life when he went into stasis when the vets were closed about a year ago. Here’s the thread with the recipe:
