So 2 weeks ago I had my bunny Starlight spayed, she ran into a bit of tummy trouble so I’ve had to feed her medicine. Usually she’s fine with being syringe fed but lately she freaks out and stomps her foot and makes little barking noises. She won’t look at me, moves to the other end of her pen when i go in to hang out or even charges me and tries to bite. Is she still mad about being spayed? What can I do to make her not hate me?

She doesn’t hate you. She’s going through what we call “Post-spay hormonal craze” the first 4-6 weeks after spay, they have a rush of hormones, making them really unpleasant to be around, but after it goes away, it leaves you with the most lovable bun you could ever ask for. You will get through this! Wishing you strength!
