Lately my divas have been after each other like crazy. Each couple gets their own time out where they can play in the bunnie room or follow me around the house. As soon as either Lola or Pringles leaves their condo they fly over to the other condo and start with the peeing, strutting and just doing the bunny nananananana to aggravate the other. The bottom floor of each condo is one grid high so they can’t really fight face to face, but Lola’s bad about rearing up and sticking her face up there and infuriating Pringles.
I found a woven bamboo mat perfect for stretching front of either condo, 3 grids high to keep them away from each other. The couple in the condo can go to a higher floor and see the others but at least they can’t get to them now.
Lola has taken this very personally. When it’s in front of her condo you can hear her back there flinging things around, grunting and trying to jerk the mat down.
Just a bit ago, I put Pringles and Toby to bed and let Lola/Daisy out and went back to the living room. Lola comes flying through the house straight for me and I thought she was going to bite me, but she jumped on my foot and actually thumped on my foot twice and went running back to the bunnie room where she’s in the lower floor glaring at me.
Lola is a beautiful rex, but in this photo she’s shooting me daggers.
I think I’ve been spanked by my bunnie! Kathy
