Some of you may know I haven’t had an easy time with my Olly, but tonight was different, he rattled his bars on his cage to come out, so I sat on the floor and let him play, he climbed up on me and let me hold him for 3 minutes, yes he let me hold him, cuddle him and he gave me a kiss, he put his chin on my shoulder and was making his happy sound, I was shocked, I knew not to get emotional because he would run away, 8 months this has taken, he’s been through a lot and I wanted to let you know, he is making big progress every day, oh he is so so so soft, its been a long time since I held a bunny, Olly is happy here and he is going to have Christmas presents in a stocking, we will put milk and a mince pie out for Santa, he has been through a lot as some people know and he is oh so cute, can’t wait for him to see the gifts Christmas day, his main present will be an X pen, we have some vouchers from his insurance company which will help to get him some more things, he has gone to bed now, he chose a nice cardboard box to put in his cage and dragged it in himself, every morning he gives me a kiss, then pushes his litter tray to the front of his cage, drags out his blanket and goes over to his bedding box and looks at me until I get him a clean blanket, after playtime he will go back in his cage, if I forgot to give him fresh water he will tap his bowl, oh he is a good boy, he isn’t chewing things as much but I’m keeping an eye, he doesn’t beg, he’s never begged, if he sees I’m eating he just goes in his cage himself, can’t wait Santa is bringing toys to Olly my little boy
