Females can usually be fixed at about 6 months, so she is definitely old enough now. If you were to contact your rabbit vet and explain what happened, they may be able to fit her in for what is known as an “emergency spay” this week. The emergency spay would terminate any current pregnancy and prevent a future pregnancy from occurring.
Not everyone is comfortable with the idea of terminating pregnancies, even in animals, so if you don’t want to go that route you don’t have to, just understand that baby bunnies are a lot of work and require a great deal of time and money. Regardless of whether you decide to spay the female now or not, I would have the male in for his neuter ASAP so he has time to heal.
