So, although “Operation Bond Esmeralda and Marge” isn’t until July 17th, offically, I have still been getting all the information I can about bonding because I am beyond nervous about it. Anyway, I read on here that is okay to let the bunnies figure out who’s dominant and what-not by mounting (from back) and humping. I have a question about this. My very dominant bunny, Marge, always humps the stunt double and bites it. If mounting and humping is normal for bonding, what do I do if she always bites when doing it? (Okay, going to take a panic attack pill now. )

Monkey always had to bite fur to get a grip, or she’d fall off. if it’s just a grip kind of bite and not an attack bite, should be fine. Monkey never hurt smudge at all

All bunnies will grab a little fur as they mount – it’s normal. Many bunnies will hold on to fur while mounting, or nip and pull fur from each other, but these are very different actions than a true bite meant to harm.
