I was peeling potatoes for dinner and didn’t realize I had dropped a peel until I looked over and Shadow was eating it! Is there anything I need to do so this does not cause any issues for him?? Thank you!

If it was only a little bit it should be okay, but keep an eye on him and make sure he’s eating hay, drinking water, pooping and peeing. Potatoes aren’t necessarily toxic to rabbits, but the starchiness can mess with their gut balance, so if he starts showing any signs of stasis rush him to the vet immediately.

He will most likely be fine. Abigail has given you good advice. Give him hay and water and monitor poop and appetite.
