Hello everyone! Daisy has just gotten back from surgery early today around 2pm. It’s now 6:30-7:00pm her usual feeding time and she WONT eat not even hay! I’m worried and I even tried to hand feed her but nothing. I was able to get the syringe in her mouth to give her meds but that was it! HELP what should I do? How can I get her to eat!

How is she doing now? Has she eaten yet? If she hasnt, I really recommend an emergency vet.

If she still hasn’t eaten anything, go to the vet ASAP. Have you tried force feeding her? I would really go to the vet as Mikey said

Hey Mikey and and Cookie and Me. Thank you for responding as soon as you could!! I had called the vet late last night and they expressed it was normal for right when they got back and said they’d call in the morning. When I woke up a lot of her hay had been eaten as well as her dinner. She ate all her breakfast and dinner today and has been eating hay. SO ALL IS GOOD NOW! <3 YAY! Thank you guys!
