*Luckily it’s mainly in their room, but still… so many poops. Also sorry for the redundancy in using the word poops.
Dorian has always been pretty good about getting his in the litter box, with a few exceptions like when he was younger he would have some sleepy time poops and had issues with territorial poops. He still occasionally will have some right by the litter box from when he decides to eat hay from the outside or they get kicked out when he jumps out, but all in all it’s easy to clean up and very contained.
Miu on the other hand leaves poops everywhere in their room, when I let them out in the morning it’s like some one scattered them across every surface. I go in there several times a day and have to clean up. She occasionally drops a couple when out and about, but it’s just 2 or 3 where she was sleeping… so I know she has the control not to decorate the whole room with her little poops. She also likes to leap out of the litter box while still pooping, but at least those are near the box.
So my question is, is there anything I can do to get her to contain them to the litterbox? Is it just a matter of giving her time? Is she still marking the space? Dorian never did this to this extent, so I am really not sure what to do.
