Hello everyone! Just wanted to update you all on Pongo.

I had posted a topic a few days ago about some sudden changes he had after we changed his diet. We started feeding him only hay because pellets were causing him to have poopy butt, but after we changed his diet he started peeing everywhere & I was getting very concerned.

Just prior to posting the topic, we had decided to start feeding him a small amount of pellets, hoping it would help. We’ve been feeding him about 1/8-1/4 a cup a day & I also bought him a new, bigger litter box. I don’t know why, or how, but he’s doing much better! He is no longer peeing everywhere, his paws are much cleaner & he is no longer damp on his bottom. He also doesn’t seem to have any poopy butt!

Thank you all for your feedback!

Sounds like you hit on the solution and he’s much more comfortable.

Yes, I am very happy! He seems to be very happy too! He missed his pellets!!

Teehee Adalaide, that’s actually a picture of his brother, Gizmo :] but they look the same. They’re silly. They don’t mind me putting stuff on their head
