I would wait until she’s spayed; you can’t do a proper bond until afterward, when they are healed and the hormones (if any) dissipate. It is also best to let your bunny go on dates after she’s spayed (a few weeks after to ensure healing is done properly). You can’t always know which bunny yours will like, and even then, bonding is a stressful process. Female/female pairs can be harder to bond than male/male pairs so some websites say, and a spayed female and neutered male will most likely be easier to bond. I just got through with an intensive bonding experience with my two and you have to be prepared for the fact that they may never like each other and go slow with introductions. Mine fought after I brought one home from the shelter (after doing just fine on their “date” at the shelter) and it took a few days of consistent effort to get them to stop fighting. Once they turned the corner, though, things went fairly smoothly, and now they are a happy couple, but it took a week for them to finally show some real affection–and a week is a short time in bunny bonding land ;-).
